Over Two Decades of Legal Excellence and Trusted Advocacy
Overview and Experience

Victor W. Luke, Esq., brings over two decades of extensive legal experience to DM Norman Law Office. Throughout his career, he has focused on bankruptcy law, debt management, family law, and civil litigation, successfully guiding clients through complex legal and financial challenges.
Mr. Luke is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Victor W. Luke, where he has overseen the operations of a multistate bankruptcy practice since 2008. He previously served as President of Fairhaven Law Group, also concentrating on bankruptcy, debt relief, and family law matters.
Before leading his own firms, Mr. Luke built a strong foundation in public service through his work with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and Neighborhood Legal Services of Norwalk, where he counseled survivors of domestic violence, supervised legal hotlines for low-income clients, and handled cases involving landlord-tenant disputes, government benefits, and tax issues. He also represented creditors in bankruptcy cases with Attorney Equity, LLC, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both sides of financial disputes.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Luke has contributed to the legal community as a domestic violence advocate, hotline supervisor, and MIS attorney—where he modernized legal research systems and supported public legal education through cable programming. His career reflects a consistent dedication to both client advocacy and community service.
